Magical partnerships, ideas magicians and business wizardry

I wrote this post, but before having the opportunity to click the publish button, the person who inspired it, magically beat me to it by conjuring up a strangely similar post [great minds do think alike]!

I have always had a fascination with personality and especially the diversity of the complexities of the human personality. I think it is completely awesome to embrace the differences and diversity in people. One of the beliefs I live by, is the fact that there is something to be learnt from every person you encounter – regardless of education, background, culture, religion or social class. Every person has something to offer that you could learn from them.

In addition, I believe it’s crucial to surround yourself with quality people. I find myself in constant company – whether offline or online – with talented, interesting, brilliant, inspiring, and creative individuals. They contribute vastly to the way I view the world. [I constantly re-align my views!] Most of these extraordinary beings don’t even realise the impact that they have on my life, my way of thinking and most importantly, my dreams.

Despite this, it is still incredibly difficult, if not almost impossible, to find the right people in business -the right people to collaborate with and the right people to surround yourself with. Finding magic and greatness is a mysteriously problematic thing to do. Until recently I didn’t think it possible to truly meet a like-minded magician who could relate to my “scattered thoughts, “strong opinions, “wild ideas and “crazy vision.

Since encountering such an individual, my days have been far more exciting and acutely enriched – it is honestly refreshing swopping ideas, brain-storming business concepts, and strategizing with what I call, a business or ideas magician. Passion is, after all, magic! A like-minded individual in a crazy business world can add a huge amount of sanity to your day. Perhaps it is the power of another person’s belief in the same vision that adds enchantment to business wizardry?

I now believe that “magicalâ€? partnerships can, and actually do, exist – it’s that unspoken comprehension of your vision, a mind not only understanding, but also complementing yours, a person who will listen while you brew over business complexities, office politics, good, crazy and even insane ideas – a charismatic person to inspire, motivate and remind you of your ability, vision, dreams and goals.

My most sincere gratitude to the “stranger “ that has taught me so much in so little time!
