LOL, Yes I guess you could refer to it as a referral programme. 20% is awesome, if you consider that you not constantly actively working for the money - hail passive income!

Is there some kind of promotional material we could use? Something like a flyer to hand out to potential hotspots and then have my own name/number filled in somewhere for referral purposes?

We talk a bit about marketing in the hotspot FAQ section on the frogfoot site.
Agents get an Agent Code which they ask Operators to submit when they order their hotspots. Agents can also send us lists of the Operators they are busy introducing to the service.
We have a flyer design which you can use.

Joe - Thanks for that super fast response [impressive indeed]. Would it not be helpful to have printed material for these guys? Or some agent “marketing support system”, where they can order printed material at cost?
