This month I learned about criticism… It happens!

If criticism is:

• Untrue – disregard it. Don’t waste time proving your side - it’s a waste of precious time that could be spent productively.
• Unjust – dismiss it and ignore it. Focus your energy on something that matters.
• In ignorance - smile and wave. You may even have a good giggle in secret.
• Justified – be graceful about it. Learn from it,  self-improvement is key.
