I am having lots of fun at home. Here is a brief update before I dash out for coffee with a friend.

• Worked out with the boys at five this morning. I started training twice a day again. Need to get back into shape (and my clothing) after the torn ligaments and broken foot episode.
• I started cycling (was one sport short of being a tri-athlete). I discovered that this is not my favourite sport. Swimming is still my preference.
• I spent time at Office Reliance. The place still rocks (Cape Town needs one).
• I had amazing sushi at Far Hills Hotel while dining with a friend. I also met The Girls. They are spellbinding ladies and contributed to an absolutely fabulous evening.
• I love seeing old friendly faces all over town. The Garden Route remains a magical place.
• It’s been awesome spending time with my special family.

Got to run – have to go stir trouble and be naughty.
