I love FNB!

I love FNB. More specifically I love the FNB Garden Route Mall Branch. Hell, I even love going there!

Today they really helped me out of a jam. One would think in a modern world, the complexities of leading a double life would be easy. No such luck - red tape and those nasty rules make it a challenge doing business in both Cape Town and George. Of course I dashed in there in a Friday lunch hour just to realise that the bank needed two or three days to get the job done. Yet, they helped me!

Sitting there watching other clients interact with the bank was a pleasure. The most precious moment was the businessman who strolled in with his Ster Kinekor popcorn, plonked himself down on a chair and continued to casually do business. Now that is what a bank is suppose to be like; you must be that comfortable.

Well done to the staff at the Garden Route Mall branch for being super friendly, efficient and for going the extra mile!

PS. I do believe that FNB are one of the more innovative and proactive banks out there.
